1.Overview
According to EIA-481, the sealing tension of the carrier tape and cover tape must be within a certain range, lower or higher than this tension range will have an impact on the SMT process. So the measurement can control the process of taping to meet the requirement of the SMT process.

- It can be manually controlled or PC.
- Use Japan IMADA (500g) tension meter, the measurement value is accurate.
- The test value is transmitted using USB digital signal to ensure no error in information transmission
- Software operation using WINDOWS interface, easy and convenient operation, test results can not be modified, reflecting the real test results
- Sampling data can be set delay reading, test results can be displayed instantly, the upper and lower limit of pulling force can be set, and the test results can be automatically judged and printed.
- Can store data and record historical data to facilitate product information be tracking.
